Worst communication
Made an wrong order which I told them to cancel before submitting and docs. They told me to make new order so they can cancel first order.
I made 2nd order and told them to cancel.no reply
They replied after they process the order that both orders are processed.
Waste of money and time
Keep away from these fraudsters
Once I had made my order, the process was really quick. I sent the necessary documents and my plate was with me in 2 days. The adhesive stickers for the plates could have been a lot better as they wouldn’t have held a lollipop stick in place. All in all would use them again if I needed replacement plates.

Would have been 5 star but they couldn’t actually make the number plate i configured on their website. Good quality plates though.

only thing that might be better is if it informed you that you needed the DVLA details before you made your payment, other than that good quality and delivery.
Excellent from start to finish just exactly what I asked for + prompt delivery service plates are spot on thanks to everyone involved ????
Poor Communication, these guys can't even open an email attachment, just kept sending an email back saying they have not had the documents. It took three attempts and then I had to cut and paste the documents into the body of the email for them, digital dinosaurs. Then when both number plates arrived they have got long deep score marks through the middle.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ABSOLUTLY APPALLING SERVICE!

In all fairness - After going through PayPal I received a refund in full.

Poor quality print on the front aluminum plate which Number1Plates insist is normal. However, I have never had this issue with other number plate vendors, so I certainly wouldn't buy from Number1Plates again.
Additionally, I had to follow up to my initial complaint and remind them to respond.
These are not the cheapest aluminium plates I've ordered, but they are the cheapest quality.
